You might search for Apple Authorized Service Provider in Sri Lanka and come up with confusions. The confusion could come since you do not know who is real and who is fake or imitation. Also, you should know that authorized distributors could be service providers / resellers or not. Service providers are the people who give service & support on behalf of Apple. There are Apple Stores, Apple Authorized Service Providers and Apple Authorized Dealers. Each of them has various roles and tasks.
